Funnels

A funnel is an ordered series of pages that turns visitors into contacts and customers — for example: an opt-in page that collects an email, a sales page that makes the offer, and a thank-you page that confirms.

Creating a funnel

Open Funnels in the sidebar, type a name, pick a goal, and click Create. The goal builds the whole funnel for you with designed pages — "Collect leads" creates an opt-in page and a thank-you page, ready to customize. Pick "Blank" only if you want to start from scratch. The name becomes the funnel's web address (a "slug") automatically — "Spring Lead Magnet" becomes spring-lead-magnet.

Adding steps

Select a funnel to see its steps. Give the step a name, pick its type, and click Add step:

  • optin — collects a visitor's email in exchange for something (a guide, a discount)
  • sales — presents your offer
  • upsell — a follow-on offer shown after the first yes
  • thankyou — confirms and tells the visitor what happens next
  • webinar — registration for a live or recorded session

Steps run in the order shown. Every step opens as a designed page matched to its type — swap the words, don't build from zero. Deleting a funnel removes all of its pages, so the app asks you to confirm first.

Editing a page

Click Edit page next to any step to open the visual editor. Drag blocks from the left panel onto the canvas — Sections are full-width bands, Columns split content side by side, and Headlines, Text, Images, and Buttons go inside them. Select any block to change its settings in the right panel. The viewport buttons preview your page at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes; undo is Ctrl+Z.

Three buttons worth knowing:

  • Publish (top right) saves your work — the toolbar confirms with "All changes saved". Until you hit it, changes live only in the editor.
  • Preview opens a new tab showing the page exactly as a visitor will see it, with no editor around it. Publish first, then refresh the preview tab to see new changes.
  • Versions → Save version takes a named snapshot ("Before price change"). Restore any version later; the editor snapshots your current page first, so a restore is always undoable.

Reusing your best pages

Built a page you love? Open it in the editor, click Versions → Save as template, and give it a name. From then on it appears in the Start from picker whenever you add a step — in any funnel in your workspace. Goals now include Run a webinar (registration + thank-you, with the signup form pre-placed).

Going live

Hit Publish funnel in the editor toolbar and every step goes live on a public link (shown as View live on the Funnels page — share that link anywhere). Publishing again updates the live pages in place.

On live pages everything is wired for you:

  • Lead forms save the visitor straight into your Contacts and send you an in-app notification the moment someone signs up.
  • Buttons and hero buttons set to "Next funnel step" carry visitors forward automatically; pick "Custom link" to send them anywhere else.
  • Stats appear next to each step on the Funnels page: views and leads, updating with every visit.

What's next

A bigger template gallery, save-your-own sections, AI-written copy, custom domains, and A/B testing are next on the roadmap.
