Getting started

1. Create your account - your company gets its own private workspace.
2. Connect a social account - Settings -> Social accounts. Bluesky and Mastodon connect instantly; Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn arrive as platform approvals complete.
3. Schedule your first post - New post -> pick accounts -> write (or click AI write) -> schedule.
4. Build your audience - Contacts -> add manually or import a CSV.
5. Send your first campaign - Campaigns -> create a list -> create campaign -> Send.

Every screen shows its own status - if something fails (a platform outage, an expired login), you'll see a notice on the Calendar page telling you exactly what to do.

Your team

Settings → Team lists everyone in your organization. Add a teammate by email with a role: admin manages everything including the team, member works day to day, client_viewer can look but not touch. If they already have an account they join instantly; otherwise they're emailed an invite link (valid 7 days, revocable from the same card) that joins them to your team when they register with that email. Owners can never be removed while they're the last one. Note: your subscription covers your whole team — and if a trial lapses without a plan, the account pauses until a plan is picked on the Billing page.

CampaignHQ follows your computer's appearance setting automatically. To override it, click the sun/moon button at the bottom of the sidebar - your choice is remembered on this browser.
